The Public Defender Service Corporation is dedicated to providing transparency and maintaining compliance with 5 GCA Chapter 10, also known as the Sunshine Reform Act of 1999. Please note that the Sunshine Act does not require the Corporation to produce documents, but only requires disclosure of documents which already exist. Further, the Sunshine Act contains several exceptions to disclosure (5 GCA § 10108).
