What to Bring

Clients Appointed by the Court:

  • photo ID
  • document(s) received by the court showing PDSC has been appointed for your case
  • any other document(s) relating to your case (magistrates, complaints, indictments, etc.)

Walk-In Clients:

  • photo ID
  • any document(s) relating to your case (magistrates, complaints, indictments, etc.)

Third-Party-Custodians:

  • photo ID of potential Third-Party-Custodian
  • recent police clearance

SPECIAL PROCEEDINGS

Expungements: judgements on the matter to be expunged which show case qualifies for expungement;

Bury The Body: photo ID of person submitting the request and the death certificate of deceased individual(s);

Guardianships (Non-Contested): photo ID of potential guardian(s), birth certificate(s) of minor(s); (and death certificate(s) of deceased parent(s) if parent(s) of minor are deceased);
