- Written questions: by 12:00 p.m., Friday, November 13, 2026
- Quotes due: by 12:00 p.m., Monday, November 30, 2026
Firms that wish to quote should return the Acknowledgment of Receipt (Section 3 of the RFQ) to procurement@guampdsc.org to receive any amendments and answers to questions. Questions must be submitted in writing to procurement@guampdsc.org, in Word or in the body of an email (not PDF). Quotes must be delivered as one sealed package, as described in the RFQ. Quotes sent only by email will not be accepted.
